Build Her Up is a transformative conference that will create an inclusive space for discussion, learning, and policy development for women, employers, and industry leaders in the skilled trades. 


Build Her Up is open to any women in the skilled trades, including Journeypeople, apprentices, or those aspiring to enter the industry. As well, as industry leaders and employers of any gender identity who want to learn and take action in addressing the challenges and opportunities for women in the skilled trades.
